Procedure to Root Samsung Galaxy ACE S5830 on DDKQ8 Gingerbread 2.3.6 Firmware:

The recovery mode in your Galaxy ACE S5830 can be entered by pressing  Volume Up Key + OK button, and holding both simultaneously press the Power Button. You can refer the below mentioned video on how you can enter into the recovery mode.
  • In recovery mode, you need to choose “install zip from sd card” and select the zip file which you have placed in your device. Once it’s done, it will take around 4 – 5 minutes for applying the same.
  • Once it’s rooted, you can check the same whether the phone is rooted or not by downloading the app called “Root Checker” which can be downloaded from the Google PLAY Store. Open the root checker app and check the same, if it’s rooted then it will show as rooted.
Note: if the device gets in the boot loop sequence or say gets stuck on the Samsung Logo, you need to long press the power button to turn off and then restart the process of applying this rooting process.
