Wave 3 got updated today. You can see the version details in the screenshot .
So Just backup your data and update your Phone.. Only the bad thing about this update is there is no New lock Screen like other countries Wave 3 updates. After this update you’ll also find a Samsung gtalk app in your Menu… enjoy…
